Roth Ares Law always promotes transparency of the services that we wish to provide you. For that reason, we always inform you in advance what would be the cost of legal services. Moreover , we only charge a fix legal fee from you. That way you do not need to worry about an unexpected bill coming to you from us for our services. So, our fees will not fluctuate despite we always work hard to achieve the best outcome for you in a case. The hours we spend on your case may vary but the fees you pay always will be same. We will only charge the fees we informed you in the beginning of the case.
In every case we conduct an initial consultation with you over the phone , in person or via teams or zoom. We discuss all possibilities of the case with you, so you have a better understanding of how we prepare your case and the challenges. We ensure we spend sufficient time with you taking full and clear instruction for the purpose of preparing your case.
Consultations :-Consultation 30 minutes
The fee for initial consultations with advice is for up to 30 minutes with reference to immigration matters.

Consultations :-Consultation 1 hours
The fee for initial consultations with advice is for up to 1 Hour with reference to immigration matters.

Please call one of our immigration lawyers before you attend our offices.The consultations sessions are generally conducted at our offices. It is to be noted that within initial consultations sessions are intended for general legal advice with reference to a case and no written work will be carried out. In essence this will be a one to one advice session.

- The fees listed above are the standard minimum fees charged at the lower range, ie. Which is the lowest price charge.
- Based on complexity and issues of an individual cases we may fix an upper fixed fee.
In all cases you will be notified of the fixed fees of the case before we begin the case, the is clearly written in our client engagement documents
Our service –
The following description is what is included in a case that we prepare for you and submit to the Home Office /Home Office Reconsideration Team/ Home Office AR review Team
Steps of a Case:-
- Attending with you in a consultation meeting taking your instructions
- Perusal of your initial documents including your ID and proof of address
- Confirming your instructions by writing providing you with fixed fees ( please do note that we do not work on hourly rate basis keeping the maximum transparency of our services, so that you will always know how much we charge for the full case) Also, advising you of the home office fees and other disbursement that would involve.
- Preparation of the list of documents that is needed to support your case.
- Once the documents/ evidence provided by you we will review them and advise you on them.
- Advising you of the inadequacy of documents provide you options of giving alternative supporting evidence.
- Completing the Home Office Application Form
- Completing Home Office Review Application form where relevant.
- Preparing legal representations and legal submissions
- Booking biometric appointments for you with the home office.
- Attending to additional queries by the home office.
- Once the decision is made by the Home Office, providing you with post decision advise.
Disbursements
At the stage of our initial consultation meetings and thereafter in our client engagement letters we advise you of the possible disbursements that you would have to incur in the case. As our major work area is immigration law the key disbursements that you will come across will be Home Office Fees and IHS fees (NHS fees) There are other disbursement that may arise which we have listed below for clarification.
In all circumstances , we will not charge any disbursements from you to ourselves. Meaning you will be directly pay the disbursements using your bank card or credit card to the home office or other relevant body.
